·   Successfully coordinated, planned, scheduled, collaborated, tracked, documented and managed a six to nine month phased voice and data migration project designed to transition a division of GMAC spanning four US regions off of the existing voice and data networks and onto the purchasing company’s.

·   Sr. Implementation Project Manager for Champion Mortgage’s new Parsippany Corporate Headquarters. 

·   Senior technical project manager responsible for the planning, relocation and installation of the phased move of the 800+ end users including the CEO including implementation of 3 new nationwide data-centers.

·   Collaborated with and led architects, client personnel, dept. mgrs., other trade foremen, landlord of new bldg., union officials, and construction foreman (GC), during the entire project’s life-cycle.
